The Organizing Committee cordially invites you to participate at the IX Meeting of the Paul Ehrlich Euro-PhD Network meeting in conjunction with MuTaLig COST Action annual convention. This event will be held in Catanzaro from the 13th to the 15th of June 2019, hosted by the Department of Health Sciences and PhD program in Life Sciences of the University "Magna Græcia" of Catanzaro. The meeting is organized under the auspices of the Division of Medicinal Chemistry of the Italian Chemical Society.
Even if the main scientific topic of the meeting will be the multi-target drug discovery paradigm proposed by the Nobel prize winner Paul Ehrlich, other Medicinal Chemistry issues are welcome. Therefore, the Organizing Committee, continuing the tradition of previous meetings, will promote the consolidation of international contacts and exchange experiences among a large Medicinal Chemistry community, including 55 universities and more than 30 countries.
It will be the occasion to celebrate the first 10 years of Paul Ehrlich Euro-PhD Network, funded in 2009, as well as to experience a unique scientific model of communication using an innovative poster gallery multimedia exposition. The suggestive scenario of the "Complesso Monumentale San Giovanni", a XI century Norman castle in the centre of city, and a rich social program, involving the Skylletion ancient archeological site in the isthmus of Catanzaro, where Ulysses walked during his Odyssey journey to Ithaca, will offer an exciting environment to all participants for productive collaborations.
The number of participants is limited to 150. Save the dates in your calendar and come to enjoy your passion for Medicinal Chemistry in the heart of Magna Græcia!
