Instruction for poster authors

The authors of the accepted posters are expected to fill the compilation of the template poster slides and send them to medchem2019@unicz.it within next June 2^nd. After this deadline, the delaying posters will be excluded by the showcase multimedia gallery. Each presenting authors must be present in the room where their poster presentation will be projected and will have a couple of minutes to describe his/her work during the three poster sessions. These are intended to establish contact between the presenting author and the participants and to promote scientific discussions to be performed during the rest of the meeting and after that. So, try to be as much as possible concise and efficacious in your compilation. Best posters will be voted by all participants and awarded with special prizes offered by our sponsors.

Practical information about the two-slide poster template to be used can be found below:

• Download the template MedChem2019_poster_template.pptx;

• Use MS PowerPoint software to open it and compile your contribution;

• Fill the first slide “Authors’ profile” where essential information about the authors, the title and the affiliations are required. A photo of the presenter is kindly suggested in the specified size format. Please leave N°__ blank;

• Fill the second slide that is your “Real poster slide” following the embedded suggestions. Please be consistent with the structure, same characters and same size. It is possible to change the organization of your work as you prefer, but do not change the main structure. No further information (or slides) can be added to it. Keep with you additional information for the discussion with interested participants during the rest of the meeting. Please leave N°__ blank;

• Save your file as powerpoint file as Surname_Firstname.pptx and send it to medchem2019@unicz.it within June 2^nd
